[COMMISSION] Harley Quinn Convention Badge

For my pal Prowlie AKA spicysiren on tumblr.

This is one of those commissions I really loved while I was drawing it, and it ended up being well liked by the recipient, but looking back at it now, I can see a lot of things that I could have improved and should have spent more time on. The background wound up rather dull and uninspired, the colors could have benefited from a complimentary style shading technique, the angle ended up awkward...
Still, for what it is, I like it, and Prowlie did too.
